Try ABC storage in London, they have lockers that you can rent by the week with 24 hr access and round-the-clock survalience. London Backpackers reccomends them here:
and they are usually spot-on with these sorts of things.
Alternatively, you can check with couchsurfing.com and see if you can find someone to meet up with who would be willing to stash your stuff in their garrage for a couple of weeks.
Are you going to be staying in a hostel in London? Many will store your luggage there for you in a safe, locked room. I left luggage at the Victoria Hostel as well as a couple of others and had no problems leaving it there for over a few weeks. They’ll keep it there for free if you’re returning for a night on your return.
