You can try QE2 cruise (Cunard Lines), they may have one-cruises from NYC to London. Also check with cruise lines (RC,Princess,etc), in the beginning of the season for Baltic or Mediterranean cruises they do ship repositioning cruises.

Have you looked into being a stowaway? You could get to Finland much easier than SPB.
