Can i travel and work in Europe without a permit/visa?
Say if i go to Europe, i have my ticket and passport. Can i travel while working between countries.
From what I have heard I can stay in one country for 3 months then leave and return if i want.
All I have to do is organsie the ticket and have a passport, once I am there just use the rule above.
So how does it work?
Anything else I should know

You can work and travel between countries, because that is the whole concept of a working holiday visa. That is why many Australian people and other nationalities go to London to work. They work for a while to save up money then travel to other places in Europe. When they have almost run out of cash, they work again and save up before heading off again.
If I am reading the heading you have properly, unless you hold an EU country passport well you will need a working visa. It depends on your nationality as to if this is available for you and if so for how long it is. Some nationalities can’t get working holiday visa, some can get them for 12 months others for 2 years it all depends. I think the best one to look in to would be the UK. So if you go and look at the british high commission website then you’ll find some helpful information.
